Sales Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions 1.1. "Company" refers to Myteksonic. 1.2. "Client" refers to any individual, business, or entity purchasing products or services from the Company. 1.3. "Products" refer to audio-visual equipment, IT products, and related goods provided by the Company. 1.4. "Services" refer to audio-visual solutions, IT services, and media production services, including photography and videography, offered by the Company.
2. Scope of Agreement 2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all sales of Products and provision of Services by the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.2. By placing an order, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Quotations and Pricing 3.1. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise. 3.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed orders. 3.3. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless explicitly stated.
4. Orders and Payments 4.1. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a purchase order or written confirmation from the Client. 4.2. Payment terms are as stated in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges. 4.3. The Company reserves the right to request a deposit before commencing work or delivering Products. 4.4. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods as agreed.
5. Delivery and Installation 5.1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The Company is not liable for delays beyond its control. 5.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring the site is prepared for delivery and installation. 5.3. Any additional costs arising from delays or issues at the delivery/installation site will be charged to the Client.
6. Media Production Services 6.1. The Client must provide clear requirements and timelines for media production services. 6.2. Changes to the scope of work after project commencement may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines. 6.3. The Company retains copyright of all media content until full payment is received.
7. Warranty and Support 7.1. Products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. 7.2. The Company offers technical support for Services as agreed in the contract. 7.3. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and adhere to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
8. Returns and Cancellations 8.1. Products may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, subject to inspection. 8.2. Cancellations of confirmed orders may incur charges based on the progress of the order or project. 8.3. Custom or bespoke Products and Services are non-refundable.
9. Liability 9.1. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Products or Services. 9.2. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the Product or Service provided.
10. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property 10.1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. 10.2. Intellectual property developed during the provision of Services remains the property of the Company until fully paid for by the Client.
11. Termination 11.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate a contract if the Client breaches these terms and conditions. 11.2. Upon termination, the Client is liable for all outstanding payments for work completed.
12. Governing Law 12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
13. Amendments 13.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published our Myteksonic's website.
